Liam Livingstone’s 92 not out after taking 3 wickets saw Birmingham Phoenix defeat the Northern Superchargers in the Men’s Hundred while we also look at the second semi-final in the Royal London Cup.

Durham vs Surrey (Royal London Cup)

Glamorgan won the toss and elected to field first.

Ryan Patel would be caught by David Bedingham off the bowling of Chris Rushworth for 9 before Ollie Pope would be bowled by the same bowler without scoring. Tim David would be caught behind by Cameron Bancroft off Rushworth’s bowling for 3 before a 155-run partnership between Mark Stoneman and Jamie Smith was ended with the latter LBW to Scott Borthwick for 85.

Rikki Clarke would be caught by Rushworth off the bowling of Liam Doneathy for 12 before Cameron Steel would fall LBW to Borthwick for 1. The final two wickets would both be run outs in the final over, Stoneman would be dismissed for 117 by Graham Clark before Nico Reifer would fall for 28 to Doneathy’s throw – Conor McKerr and Dan Moriarty finishing 1 and 2 not out.

Clark would be caught by Reifer off the bowling of Matt Dunn for 46 before Alex Lees would be LBW to David for 75. Borthwick would be caught by Pope off the bowling of Dunn for 71 before Bedingham would be caught by Reifer off the bowling of Clarke for 56 off 35 balls.

Sean Dickson would be the final wicket to fall, bowled by McKerr, for 1 with Bancroft (24) and Liam Trevaskis (4) seeing the hosts home with 15 balls to spare.

Durham face Glamorgan in Thursday’s final at Trent Bridge.

The Superchargers would win the toss and elected to field first.

Shafali Verma would be caught by Alice Davidson-Richards off the bowling of Kalea Moore for 8 before Amy Jones would be caught by Laura Wolvaardt off the bowling of Linsey Smith for 24 off 11 balls. Katie Mack would be LBW to Katie Levick for 14 with Eve Jones (pictured below) being the final wicket to fall, caught by Wolvaardt off the same bowler, for 64 off 47 balls – Erin Burns and Issy Wong finishing 28 and 1 not out respectively.

Jemimah Rodrigues would be caught by Mack off the bowling of Burns for 1 before Lauren Winfield-Hill would be caught by E. Jones off the bowling of Wong for 64 off 38 balls. Wolvaardt would be caught by Franklin off the bowling of Maqsood for 32 before Laura Kimmince would be bowled by Emily Arlott for 10.

Jordan Thompson would be caught by Finn Allen off the bowling of Benny Howell for 9 before Dane Vilas would be caught by Tom Abell off the bowling of Livingstone for 2.

John Simpson would be caught by Pennington off the bowling of Howell for 11 before Ben Raine would be bowled by Adam Milne for 3. Matthew Fisher would be caught by Will Smeed off the same bowler for a golden duck before opener Tom Kohler-Cadmore would be the final wicket to fall off the final ball of the innings, run out by Livingstone, for 71 off 44 balls with Adil Rashid 1 not out.
