Danny Ings has signed a three-year contract, with Aston Villa for £25M. This will be Aston Villa's fourth signing of the summer, after Leon Bailey, Ashley Young, and Emiliano Buendia. Danny Ings was about to enter the final year of his contract at Southhampton, and he turned down the offer of a four-year deal. This would have made him the club's best paid player. However he wanted to test himself, at a higher level.
What are your thoughts on this? Is this a good decision for Aston Villa?
