What the return of evolution means

This week on raw the shield took on 11 other wrestlers in a handicap match which ended in a disqualification. The interesting thing in all this was what happened after, the shield were attacked and laid out by Randy Orton, Batista and Triple H. Triple H waited for Roman Reigns to crawl up to him as he shouted ‘Believe in evolution’ then he gave Reigns the pedigree and stood tall over him with Orton and Batista.

This can only mean one thing! Evolution is back (without Ric Flair) and they are headed for a match at Extreme Rules against the shield.

This is the best thing that could be done for all three wrestlers at this point in time; Randy Orton’s run as the WWE world heavyweight champion wasn’t really as a success in all honesty, Batista’s return to WWE programming has been everything that’s not spectacular and Triple H really doesn’t have any business being involved in the world title scene however he has been entertaining on television.

A major positive of this is that fans are treated to the return of one of WWE’s most dominant stables.

Evolution is good thing for the company and it’s not likely that they’ll be around for a long time, they’ll be around long enough to increase the quality of programming though.

Whilst the trio are wrapped up in a feud with the shield, it allows for other people to challenge Daniel Bryan for the WWE world heavyweight championship, as of now it appears to be Kane but after that the door to the number one contendership will be open to anybody.

Evolution being back does mean that fans will see a lot of time being devoted to Triple H, Randy Orton and Batista which may annoy some however it is good thing because it allows fans to see the rise of a new star.

Triple H addressing Roman Reigns can only mean that somewhere down the line (most likely SummerSlam) Triple H will clash with the superstar and if Triple H does for him what he did for Daniel Bryan, John Cena, Randy Orton and Batista then it means fans will definitely see the face of the future.

The truth about the reuniting of evolution is that it couldn’t have come at a better time!
