The Accor Arena may have just hosted not only one of the best fight nights of the year, but of all time.

Out of 13 bouts at UFC Paris, 11 of those battles ended with a finish, two coming by submission and nine by KO/TKO.

The event seemed to have it all, from impressive performances to shocking upsets and an emotional retirement.

Here is everything that happened in the electric atmosphere of Paris, which will leave UFC fans with unforgettable memories.

Imavov confirms title shot

In the main event, it was all about who would get the opportunity to face Khamzat Chimaev for the Middleweight belt.

Nassourdine Imavov faced the pressure of fighting in his home country, along with his #2 rankings on the line.

Caio Borralho had the task of taking victory in enemy territory while being unbeaten in 10 years.

It was fair to say that the Frenchman delivered dominance throughout the fight, which ultimately gave him the win.

‘The Sniper was landing the cleaner punches throughout all five rounds and never thought about going to the ground.

Borralho did well in round four and attempted a few takedowns in the five-round contest, but Imavov stuffed them with ease.

By the end of the fight, it was convincing that the Dagestan-born fighter had done enough to get his hand raised.

Imavov knew precisely what was next for him as he called out Chimaev, believing he was next in line for the title.

Saint-Denis silences Brazilian prospect

Before Borralho, one of the Fighting Nerds, suffered a defeat, another member had the same fate, but worse.

Benoit Saint-Denis headed into the fight having just redeemed himself, but still had to maintain his ranking in the Lightweight division.

Mauricio Ruffy was an eye-catching prospect who had just earned a KO of the Year contender in his last bout.

The Brazilian was confident heading into the co-main event as he already planned who he would like to face next.

Throughout the fight, it was clear that the Frenchman’s wrestling and grappling dominated Ruffy in every aspect.

The ‘God of War’ didn’t give the highly viewed prospect a chance in the Octagon, not wanting to play to the Brazilian’s strengths.

Eventually, in the second round, Saint-Denis locked in a Rear-Naked Choke, giving Ruffy no choice but to tap.

Of course, the Paris crowd went absolutely wild as they witnessed their hometown hero secure a big victory.

UFC Scotsman retired after KO loss

Modestas Bukauskas went toe-to-toe with former Light Heavyweight contender, Paul Craig, in the Accor Arena.

The Lithuanian aimed to claim his fourth consecutive win in order to push him to the top 15 of the 205-pound division.

While on the ground, ‘The Baltic Gladiator’ landed a last-second elbow at ‘BearJew’, right at the end of round one.

As soon as the bell rang, it was clear that Craig was out and Bukauskas earned a brutal stoppage win.

After being winless in his last five fights, Craig decided to call it quits as he took his gloves off.

The Scotsman gave his farewell speech in the post-fight interview with the French crowd, showing their appreciation.

The North Lanarkshire-born mixed martial artist consistently faced tough competition and earned some significant wins.

Craig’s victories include against the likes of Magomed Ankalaev, Jamahal Hill, Mauricio ‘Shogun’ Rua, and Nikita Krylov.
