Liverpool and Brighton set for jaw-dropping Europa League showdowns!
Liverpool, the current leaders of the Premier League, are set to encounter Sparta Prague in the Europa League’s round of 16 draw. Brighton face Roma in another exciting matchup against.
Liverpool travel to Prague for the first leg on March 7, with a return match at Anfield scheduled a week later. The team have a strong history in this competition, having won the title three times before.
Brighton will head to Rome as they top Group B in their first European campaign, defeating Marseille, Ajax, and AEK Athens.
West Ham, the reigning Europa Conference League champions, will face off against Germany’s Freiburg. Rangers will go head-to-head with two-time European champions Benfica of Portugal.

While Sparta, who currently hold the title of reigning Czech champions, secured their place in the upcoming knockout round playoffs by successfully earning the second spot in a competitive Group C.
It is worth noting that these two clubs have previously met on back in 2011, adding an extra layer of intrigue to their potential rematch soon.
Brighton will be taking on a Roma side that secured their spot in the last 16.
The Giallorossi are currently navigating through a transition period after parting ways with former manager Jose Mourinho.
