Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has made significant strides while donning the Napoli Jersey. The 23-year-old is the current Serie A MVP holder, as he played a pivotal role in helping the club lift the Serie A title last season.
While the player states that he is happy at the club, his agent Mamuka Jugeli has hinted that he could leave if a considerable offer comes. His statement could fuel strong transfer speculations as Barcelona are keen on signing the player.

Jugeli did not disclose information on the player’s valuation, but the club is believed to be holding out for a nine-figure sum before thinking about letting the 23-year-old depart.
“I can’t talk about a specific amount, these are [Aurelio] De Laurentiis’s assessments. I protect Khvicha’s contract and work. Everything will be clear at the end of May.” Jugeli continued.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has a contract with Napoli till 2028, and with there being no specified release clause, plotting a move for the player could be an arduous challenge.
Will Kvaratskhelia remain at Napoli?
According to a report via Gazzetta the Kvaratskhelia camp is demanding an increase in salary by more than double, to roughly €75,000 (£64,000)-per week, with a loyalty bonus included.
Napoli will now have to decide on meeting his demands as the ball is in their court. It will be interesting to see how the situation unfolds as he could continue his stint with Napoli, or he could choose to leave provided a reasonable offer comes.
Kvaratskhelia is a dynamic forward who can create problems for the opposition’s defence with his unique skills and fierce dribbling ability.
