Masvidal emerged victorious against Diaz via doctor stoppage in November 2019, stirring clamour for a rematch in the UFC. However, their paths did not intersect before both fighters exited the UFC scene.

Rematch Details
The news of the rematch between Nate Diaz vs. Jorge Masvidal was disclosed by Ariel Helwani on March 13th.
The event is set to take place at the Kia Forum in California, featuring a 10-round light-heavyweight contest. Fanmio PPV, renowned for organizing Floyd Mayweather’s exhibition bout with Logan Paul in 2021, will present the event.

They’ll meet on June 1 at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, CA, in a 10-round 175-pound light heavyweight boxing match, per both camps.
