Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold set to miss a “few weeks” after picking up a reoccurring knee injury. This also includes Liverpool’s EFL Cup Final against Chelsea.

Trent’s Luck Runs Dry Yet Again
It’s been a frustrating season so far for Trent Alexander-Arnold with the 25-year-old missing three games due to the same problem earlier in the season. His return was rushed and led to the same problem occurring again.
Trent who has been influential for Liverpool ever since his debut back in 2016, he helped the Reds win the Premier League for the first time as well as the Champions League trophy in 2019. With visionary passing and line breaking passes Trent has become one of Liverpool’s most important players in recent history.
Trent who has two goals and four assists this season has seen his place under threat from youngster Conor Bradley with the Northern Irishman impressing on both of his premier league appearances. With Trent out for a “few weeks,” it gives Bradley the chance to stake his claim in the first team.

The Reds are hoping Trent is back in time to face title rivals Manchester City on the 10th March.
Promising Youngster Conor Bradley Secures Extended Stay to Showcase His Talent
Conor Bradley has impressed in his two premier league appearances so far registering one goal and three assists. The Northern Irishman was also voted as Liverpool’s player of the month which capped off a fantastic January.
Against Chelsea, Bradley constantly tormented Ben Chilwell down the left-hand side with Chilwell being pulled out of position several times by Bradley. His goal was excellent as the peeled off the back off Raheem Sterling and sprinted towards goal before smashing the ball into the Chelsea goal.
