Doué has gained mass traction recently, with a certain Parisian starboy taking up space in all the tabloids. While the noise was directed toward the capital, another Doué made a name for himself in the east of France.

Guéla Doué has been a silent revelation. The Ivorian international and older brother of Désiré Doué has been a catalyst for Strasbourg this season.

In a team full of thriving youngsters, this Doué is no exception. At only 22 years old, the full-back has made 26 appearances in Ligue 1 this season, stating his case with a goal and an assist.

Doué moved from Stade Rennes last summer for a fee of six million euros and has established himself as a crucial player for Strasbourg, who are aiming to finish the season in a Champions League spot.

The youngster has been one of the most impressive fullbacks in France, ranking exceedingly high in his defensive duties. With 95% accuracy in his defensive duties and 94% of aerial duels, he’s planted a hefty price tag on his back.

His market value is rising, and it’s not looking to plummet anytime soon. Invest in these stocks. Guéla Doué deserves the recognition.
