Sir Andy Murray, Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal, and Roger Federer are four modern greats of men’s tennis, but how good were they?
The Big 4 have won 69 Grand Slams, with Djokovic being the most successful with 24 Titles.
All four men have gone on to be the World Number One.

US Open
The US Open, which takes place at Flushing Meadows, New York, is the second-biggest Grand Slam of the year.
Federer leads the way with five Titles, along with Pete Sampras(USA) and Jimmy Connors(USA). The last of those came in 2008 against Murray.

French Open

Spanish players are traditionally good at clay because it's their natural surface.
Out of his 116 matches at this tournament, Nadal has lost only four, the last of which came against Alexander Zverev(Germany) in the first round of this year's tournament.
As for his greatest rival, Federer has only had one title, which came in 2009 against Sweden's Robin Söderling.

Meanwhile, Djokovic has three Titles at Roland Garros, the last of which was against Norway's Casper Ruud in 2023.

Federer leads the way with 103 Titles, followed by Djokovic with 99, Nadal with 92, and Murray with 46.
Djokovic looks increasingly likely to overtake Federer, making him the greatest or most successful male player of all time.
The ATP 1000 events are the tournaments that have maximum ranking points.
Murray has 41 of those titles, and Djokovic has 40. Nadal has 36, and Federer has 28,
But given that Djokovic is still playing, you would expect him to overhaul Murray and Federer's record sooner rather than later.
Weeks As World Number 1
Another aspect which defines your legacy is how long you stay at the summit of world tennis.
Djokovic has spent the most time at the top for 428 weeks.
Federer was there for 310 weeks.
Nadal spent 209 weeks at the top of the ATP rankings.
While Murray spent just 41 weeks as the World Number One.
A big part of this was because of his hip injury and he ended up having surgery for it.
Olympics
The Olympics may not receive the gratitude it deserves from the tennis world, but these four players have treated the Games like a fifth Grand Slam.
Murray is the only player to win two back-to-back singles Gold medals in 2012 and 2016.
